Armita Geravand: Iranian girl in coma after boarding train without hijab – video

An Iranian girl is in critical condition in hospital after falling into a coma, say rights activists, after what they say was a confrontation with ‘morality police’ in Tehran for violating the hijab law. Footage of the incident shows 16-year-old Armita Geravand boarding a train without any head covering. She is then seen being carried off the train by other girls at a metro station and placed on the platform, where she stays still, apparently unconscious.
